Management
coaching
The
“Safety,
Health and Welfare at Work Act”, 2005, places significant emphasis on
competency. LCE provide a unique programme
of coaching for frontline management to develop the competencies
required for effective health and safety management. LCE believe that
the Management Coaching Programme is the key to successful safety
management. This programme is
developed with each client to support an organisation’s existing safety
management systems. One-on-one coaching
can be much more effective than attending courses alone, and each
programme is designed to develop each individual’s specific level of
competence.
